產品說明：AJ-100-1 高效界面劑是澳恒公司為高品質自流平水泥專門研發的一種高性能界面劑。該產品具有滲透性強，粘接力強，非成膜，與自流平水泥有很好的相容性等特點。對混凝土地面的毛細孔有很好的封閉作用，與瓷磚面等非吸收基面有很強的附著力，特別適用于面層自流平水泥等高品質自流平水泥的基礎地面處理，正確使用可避免火山孔的出現和脫層現象的發生。另外，在自流平水泥基面上做自流平水泥，該產品對底層自流平水泥有很好的封閉效果，確保表面的自流平水泥不會出現火山孔。

Product Description: AJ-100-1 high efficiency interface agent is a high performance interface agent specially developed by Aoheng company for high-end self leveling cement. The product has the characteristics of strong permeability, strong adhesion, non film forming and good compatibility with self leveling cement. It has a good sealing effect on the pores of the concrete floor and a strong adhesion with the non absorption base surface such as the ceramic tile surface. It is especially suitable for the foundation floor treatment of high-quality self leveling cement such as the surface self leveling cement. The correct use can avoid the occurrence of volcanic pores and delamination. In addition, self leveling cement is made on the self leveling cement base, which has a good sealing effect on the bottom self leveling cement and ensures that the self leveling cement on the surface will not have volcanic holes.

適用范圍：混凝土基面，瓷磚面，舊金剛砂地面，舊水磨石基面的界面處理。

Scope of application: interface treatment of concrete base, ceramic tile surface, old emery ground and old terrazzo base.

產品特性：滲透性好，封閉性強，附著力強，水性材料，乳白色。

使用方法：

1. 施工前保持基礎地面干燥（切莫用水淋濕地面）；

2. 將高效界面劑按（界面劑：水=1:1）的比例配好，第一遍用滾筒滾涂；

3. 待第一遍干固后（23℃以上一般在3小時后），按以上比例將高效界面劑傾倒在地面上用掃把掃開滿涂，注意低洼處不要有積液；

4. 待高效界面劑完全干固后地面有微微光亮是即可進行自流平水泥攤鋪；

5. 對于空隙率較多的地面，必要時涂刷第三遍。

Usage method:

1. Keep the foundation ground dry before construction (do not wet the ground with water);

2. The high-efficiency interface agent shall be prepared according to the proportion of (interface agent: water = 1:1), and the     roller coating shall be used for the first time;

3. After the first dry consolidation (generally 3 hours after 23 ? C or above), pour the high-efficiency interfacial agent on the        ground according to the above proportion.The broom shall be fully opened and coated, and pay attention to the low-lying     area without liquid accumulation.

4. The self leveling cement can be spread when the ground is slightly bright after the high-efficiency interface agent is  

   completely dry and solid;

5. For the ground with more voids, brush for the third time if necessary.

用量：用量與基礎地面的具體情況有關，對于理想的混凝土地面，約0.15kg/m2。

Dosage: the dosage is related to the specific situation of the foundation ground, about 0.15kg/m2 for the ideal concrete ground

包裝規格：5公斤/桶，20公斤/桶。

Package specification: 5kg / barrel, 20kg / barrel.

注意事項：

1. 高效界面劑沒有完全干固時，不要攤鋪自流平水泥，否則，容易產生火上孔或脫層

2. 由于是水性材料，氣溫低或過于潮濕的環境，高效界面劑干固所需要的時間更長。
