      AP-340 面層自流平水泥是一種快干快硬型高性能的水泥自流平面層材料，主要成份是由普通硅酸鹽水泥，特種水泥，石膏，級配砂，惰性填料，高品質粉狀樹脂，特殊添加劑等原料組成，經澳恒公司獨特配比均勻混合而成的粉狀產品，顏色為水泥灰色。該產品按規定的水加入，用大功率的攪拌機即可獲得均勻的流體狀漿體。施工操作時間約20分鐘左右（與氣溫高低，濕度大小有關）。由于澳恒公司獨特的產品配方體系，施工后不容易產生色差，有很好的裝飾性，同時表面堅硬無浮灰。產品的良好收縮補償性使得該產品不易產生開裂。產品的高抗壓強度（約45mpa），使產品具有高耐磨，高承載的功能，特別適用于停車場，工廠，倉庫等需要承重的場所。是一款特別適用于辦公室，商場，展廳，停車場，工廠，倉庫等即需要水泥素地裝飾效果和又需要承重功能的場所。本產品可直接在舊地面（如舊瓷磚地面，舊混凝土地面等任何老舊地面）上覆蓋實現改造翻新。

     AP-340 surface layer self leveling cement is a kind of fast drying, fast hardening and high-performance cement-based self leveling material. Its main ingredients are ordinary portland cement, special cement, gypsum, graded sand, inert filler, high-quality powder resin, special additives and other raw materials. The powder product is made by unique mix of Aoheng company, and its color is cement gray. The product is added according to the specified water, and the uniform fluid slurry can be obtained by using a high-power mixer. The construction operation time is about 20 minutes (related to the temperature and humidity). Due to the unique product formula system of Aoheng company, it is not easy to produce color difference after construction, which has good decoration, and the surface is hard without floating ash. The good shrinkage compensation of the product makes the product not easy to crack. The high compressive strength (about 45MPa) of the product makes the product have the function of high wear-resistant and high load-bearing, especially suitable for the parking lot, factory, warehouse and other places that need load-bearing. It is especially suitable for offices, shopping malls, exhibition halls, parking lots, factories, warehouses and other places that need both cement decoration effect and load-bearing function. The product can be directly covered on the old ground (such as the old ceramic tile ground, the old concrete ground and any old ground) to achieve renovation.

施工條件說明：

1. 基礎地面強度要在C25以上，地面潮濕度小于8%；

2. 新混凝土地面要達到15天以上；

3. 施工溫度在15℃-35oC。

Description of construction conditions:

1. The foundation ground strength shall be above C25, and the ground humidity shall be less than 8%;

2. The new concrete floor should reach more than 15 days;

3. Construction temperature is 15℃-35℃.

施工要點說明：

1. 一定要預先處理原基礎地面的裂縫和空鼓；

2. 界面劑完全干固 (否則會出現火山孔）；

3. 施工時兌水量要用電子秤秤量；

4. 要用專用的攪拌設備連續攪拌約3分鐘；

5. 施工完成后要封閉現場，保護好成品；

6. 施工厚度：5-7mm(施工厚度不得低于5mm)。

Key points of Construction:

1. It is necessary to deal with the cracks and hollows of the original foundation ground in advance

2. The interface agent is completely dry and solid (otherwise there will be volcanic pores)

3. During construction, the water volume shall be measured by electronic scale

4. It needs to be stirred continuously for about 3 minutes with special mixing equipment

本產品含堿性，如不小心濺入眼睛，請速用干凈清水清洗，再到醫院就醫。

Safety instructions:

This product contains alkali. If it splashes into eyes accidentally, please wash it with clean water immediately and then go to the hospital for medical treatment.

包裝儲存：25kg/包。保存干燥處，保存期9個月。

Package storage: 25kg / package. Store in dry place for 9 month.
