 Aobeishi is a new type of inorganic environmental friendly cementitious material developed by Guangzhou Aoheng company, which combines the characteristics of traditional terrazzo with the advantages of self leveling cement. The product is widely used and can be applied to any foundation ground, such as concrete ground and ceramic tile ground. The construction thickness is 8mm-15mm, which is fundamentally different from the traditional terrazzo to form a seamless visual effect of the whole large surface. The construction process of oberstone is simple and fast, the front-end paving is fast and flat, the back-end is dust-free grinding and environmental protection, and the matte and highlight effect can be obtained according to the site and customer requirements. Designers can use different colors of cementitious materials with different sizes and colors of aggregates (such as: colored sand, glass, etc.) to form an infinite effect of grinding stone art patterns, highlighting the simple and noble quality.

施工工藝：

1. 抗裂找平層：①基礎地面處理；②用澳恒膠泥掛網。

2. 骨料顏色搭配和圖案規劃設計：①選擇膠結料的顏色和合適的骨料；②再在找平層上做圖案。

3. 分倉攤鋪材料：布料簡單快捷均勻，平整度好。

4. 開面研磨拋光：①開面研磨，時間要及時，一般在24-48小時；②按規定程序精磨處理和拋光。

5. 主要施工工具： ①攤鋪設備；②200KG左右的12磨頭磨機或行星磨機；③修邊機 ；④拋光機。

Construction process:

1. Anti crack leveling layer

① Foundation ground treatment;

② Using Aoheng cement to hang net for crack resistance and leveling.

2. Aggregate color matching and pattern planning

① Selection of binder color and suitable aggregate;

② Make patterns on the leveling layer.

3. Spreading materials in separate warehouses

Simple, fast and even cloth, good flatness.

4. Open grinding and polishing

① Open grinding, time to be timely, generally in 24-48 hours;

② Finish and polish according to specified procedures.

5. Main construction tools:

① Spreading equipment;

② Medium grinder;

③ Trimming machine;

④ Glazing machine.

參考用量：厚度10mm，用量約12.5公斤/m2。

包裝儲存：本產品應保存在干燥處，保存期6個月。20kg/包。

注意事項：本產品現場澆鑄制作，全程帶強力吸塵器干磨，無泥漿水污染。

Packing and storage: This product should be kept in a dry place for 6 months. 20kg/ package.
